Anna Marion Lawson

Anna M. Lawson age 80, of Charlotte C.H., VA was born November 13, 1934 in Duluth, Minnesota and passed away on October 9, 2015 after a long battle with Dementia and other health issues. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Maggie Bernath and many sisters and brothers. Anna is survived by her devoted and loving husband, Arnold Lawson, Jr.; two sons, Samuel Lawson Terri, Thomas Lawson and five grandchildren.

Anna and Arnold were married for 59 years. They have lived in Charlotte C.H. for the past 26 years. She was a homemaker and a loving and caring mother and wife. Anna also loved her cats and birds. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, October 14, 2015 in the Mt. Harmony United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Browning-Duffer Funeral Home from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday October 13, 2015.
