Betty Louise Newcomb Hinkley

Betty Louise Newcomb Hinkley, age 67, passed away at her home in Saginaw, Texas, surrounded by her family on Thursday, January 7, 2016. She was born on January, 6, 1949 to Clarence and Ethel Newcomb in Farmville, Virginia. Betty married Phillip Hinkley on August 6, 1966. Together they raised three children, traveled throughout the United States and lived in Virginia, Arizona and Texas. She is survived by her husband, Phillip; brother, Bobby Newcomb and wife, Donna; sister, Anne Seagle and husband, Jerald; daughter, Andrea McKee and husband, Travis; two sons, Chadwick and wife, Lucille; Phillip Jr and wife, Kit; and three grandchildren. A visitation for family and friends will be held at the Browning-Duffer Funeral Home, Keysville, VA from 7 p.m – 8 p.m. Wednesday, January 13, 2016. A graveside funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on
Thursday, January 14, 2016 at the Marble Hill Church, Meherrin, VA. The Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville, VA, is in charge of arrangements.
