Betty Moore Wilson

Betty Moore Wilson age 71, of Chase City, VA, passed away on Thursday, February 2, 2012. She is survived by her husband H. Maynard Wilson; three children, Linda Lawson and her husband, Donald, Annette Simpson and her husband, Johnny, and David Wilson; six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mary Clark, and Susie Lenhart; one brother, Leroy Moore. She was preceded in death by a great-grandchild; and four siblings.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, February 4, 2012, in the Easters United Methodist Church, Boydton, VA, with interment to follow in the Rutledge Family Cemetery, Saxe, VA. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the funeral service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Easters United Methodist Church. The Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville, VA, is in charge of arrangements.
