Clement Clark Onstot

Clement Clark Onstot, 96 years of age, of Keysville, VA passed away Saturday August 18, 2012 at Sitter & Barfoot Veterans Care Center in Richmond, VA. Mr. Onstot was born December 27, 1915 in Paradise Kansas to the late George and Mable Onstot of Greeley, Colorado. Clement proudly served his country as a Warrant Officer in the US Army and later in civilian service with the US Department of the Army, retiring in 1978 in Keysville. VA. Mr. Onstot was a devoted member of Ash Camp Baptist Church, Keysville, VA. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife Elsie Elizabeth Onstot. Survivors include his son Donald Onstot and wife Kate, three grandchildren, Brian, Zachary and Benjamin Onstot all of Charlotte, NC. Mr. Onstot is also survived by his sister Ella Hunter of Kansas. Services are to be held at Ash Camp Baptist Church on Friday, August 24, 2012 at 1:00 PM. Burial will be at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. The Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville, VA, is in charge of arrangements.
