Darwin “Dean” Dale Vogt

Darwin Dale Vogt, age 76, of Charlotte Court House, VA, passed away on Thursday, February 19, 2015. He was born in Michigan on December 12, 1938. Darwin served nine years in the United States Navy. He was a member of Phenix Presbyterian Church and the American Legion Post 260. He is survived by his wife of fifty-three years, Linda Carol Morter Vogt; three sons, Keith Vogt Lori of Pamplin, VA, Scott Vogt Nicki of Pamplin, VA, Brian Vogt Debbie of Ormond Beach, FL; six grandchildren, Kristen Vogt, Joshua Vogt, Kelly Vogt, Dylan Vogt, Kayla Vogt, Caleb Vogt; one brother, Everett Vogt of Ionia, Michigan and many nieces and nephews. Darwin was preceded in death by his parents, Dale and Audrey Vogt, a brother and a sister.
A memorial service will be held at Phenix Presbyterian Church, Monday, February 23, 2015, starting at 2:00 PM. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Phenix Presbyterian Church or American Legion Post 260
