Earl Theodore Morton, Sr.

Earl Theodore Morton, Sr. age 91, formerly of Charlotte C. H., went to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 26, 2017. He was born on September 6, 1926, to the late Robert Morton and Gladys Arrington Morton.   He served in the Army during WW II in the Philippines and Hiroshima.  Earl is survived by his wife, Cassie Case Morton; daughter, Donna Napier of Keysville; son, Earl T. Morton, Jr., and wife, Gina of Powhatan; daughter, Linda Napier and husband, Tim of Keysville; five grandchildren, Melissa Parks and husband, Brian, Hali Mayton and husband, Mike, Earl T. Morton, III “Teddy” and wife, Mandy, Alyson Napier and fiancé, Mario Oseguera, and Tyler Napier and wife, Jessica; seven great-grandchildren, Mary-Laurel Parks, Baylee Morton, Cassie, Arrington, and Tamlynn Mayton, Rhett and Brynnlee Napier; two brothers, James Morton and wife, Bea, Wayne Morton and wife, Shirley.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, October 29, 2017, at the Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville, with interment to follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Charlotte C. H. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Charlotte County Rescue Squad, P O Box 330, Keysville,  VA 23947.  The Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville, VA, is serving the family.
