Elizabeth Mountcastle “Libby” Lyle

Elizabeth Mountcastle “Libby” Lyle of Keysville, VA, passed away on September 9, 2013.
She is survived by her husband John F. Lyle; two daughters, Mary Martin Canada and her husband Jerry, Betty Hudson and her husband Eddie; four grandchildren, Rebecca, Jay, Jesse, Lindsey, and loving nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held Thursday, September 12, 2013, at 11 a.m., in Briery Presbyterian Church, Keysville, VA, with interment to follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Lyle home, 265 Hill Avenue, Keysville, VA, on Wednesday, September 11, 2013, from 2 to 4 p.m.
Libby loved Christ, her church and family, teaching, gardening, and community service. Friends and neighbors were a joy and blessing to her. In lieu of flowers please make contributions to your favorite charity.
