James Reginald Childress

James Reginald Childress, age 77, of Green Bay, VA, passed away on Sunday, October 14, 2018. He was preceded in death by his parents, James Edward and Agnes Marker Childress; one sister, Ida Scott.

James is survived by two sisters, Sarah “Jenny” Hudson (Edward) of Drakes Branch, VA, and Mable Glasscock (Charles) of Amelia, VA; one brother, Charlie Childress (Dorothy) of Green Bay, VA; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A graveside funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, October 18, 2018 at Bethel Christian Church Cemetery Green Bay, VA. The family will receive friends at the Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville, VA, on Wednesday, October 17, 2018, from 7 to 8 p.m.  The Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville, VA, is serving the family.
