Ollie Ann Reid Faircloth

Ollie Ann Reid Faircloth, age 90, of Meherrin, VA passed away on Saturday, January 4, 2025, surrounded by her family. She was born in Jamestown, N.C., and was the daughter of the late, Willie L. and Olivia A. Reid. Ann was also preceded in death by her husband, Samuel D. Faircloth; and her brother, Julius Vernell Reid.

Ann is survived by her two sons, Sammy “Bud” Faircloth and wife, Denise of Meherrin, VA, Gibson “Buster” Faircloth and wife, Patricia of Prospect, VA; four grandchildren, Samantha, Dillon, Lindsey, and Jonathan Taylor; four great-grandchildren, Jensen, Bryar, Bodhi, and Georgia; a devoted niece, Judy Fowler; and extended family members, friends, and her church family.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, January 8, 2025, in Meherrin Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Meherrin, VA, with interment to follow in the church cemetery. The Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville, VA is in charge of arrangements.
