Rebecca A. “Becky” Seamster

Rebecca A. “Becky” Seamster, 77, of Kenbridge VA passed away September 24, 2024. She was the daughter of the late Hughes B. Ayers & Fannie I. Trammell.  She is preceded in death by her husband David “Skinny” Seamster and daughter Faith Martin.

She is survived by her sons Edward Martin of Chesterfield, William “Bug” Gaulding III of Rehoboth, Dwayne Gaulding of South Hill; daughter Brandy Gaulding Roque of Richmond; step- children Tony Seamster of Brodnax, April Seamster of Bracey; grandchildren Diamond Cauthorne, Michael Gaulding, Taylor-Dru Gaulding, Haley Gaulding, Shaydon Roque, Ainsley Gaulding, Trinity Henson, Raylan Gaulding, Skyler Gaulding, Willow Gaulding; step-grandchildren Brayden Seamster, Kinleigh Seamster, Kadence Thomas, Chloe Thomas; great-grandchildren Kinsley Gaulding, Brinley Gaulding, Braelynn Gaulding, Madelyn Gaulding, Brantley Oglesbee, Harlynn Oglesbee & Colton Oglesbee.

She was a retired Commercial Bedding Supervisor for over 35 years at Virginia Quilting Inc. Becky was a kind, compassionate & loving woman who never met a stranger. She was most proud of her family & she loved her grandchildren fiercely.

There is a celebration of life Sunday September 29, 2024 and her remains will be scattered at her home in Kenbridge. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a memorial donation to the Kenbridge Emergency Squad 915 E 5th Avenue Kenbridge, VA 23944. The Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville, VA is in charge of arrangements.
