Roger “Pete” Durwood Wilmoth

Roger “Pete” Durwood Wilmoth, age 71, of Keysville, VA, passed away on Saturday, February 11, 2023.  He was the son of the late Alfred and Fannie Mae Wilmoth.

Pete is survived by his wife of fifty years, Patricia E. Wilmoth; his daughter, Christa W. Crosby and husband, Chris; one brother, Wayne Wilmoth; two nephews, David Newcomb and wife, Jennifer, Calvin Newcomb; and  Andy Ward, who he thought of as his son; as well as  numerous other family members.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m., on Tuesday, February 14, 2023, at the Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville, VA, with interment to follow in the Cool Spring Christian Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the Browning-Duffer Funeral Home on Monday, February 13, 2023, from 6 to 7:30 p.m.  The Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville, VA is in charge of arrangements.
