Virginia Ellen Tatum

Born on September 21, 1930, Virginia lived a long and meaningful life filled with love and cherished relationships. She was the daughter of the late Nannie Sue Tyree Mays and Bland Withers Mays and the last surviving sibling to Lewis Mays, Morton Mays, Mary Potter, and Helen Walker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Tatum after over 70 years of marriage, and in her passing, has now been reunited with him.

Virginia leaves behind a loving family with an abundance of memories. She was a beloved mother to her daughter, Doris Belton. Additionally, her memory will live on in the hearts of her best friend and honorary sister, Margaret Duffer; her vast extended family, and numerous friends whose lives she touched over the years.
