Virginia Ward Mason

Virginia Ward Mason, age 85, of Keysville, passed away on Saturday, December 17, 2011. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold G. Mason. She is survived by two sons, Carl Stephen Mason and wife Linda of Richmond, and Robert Alan Mason and wife Cindy of Keysville; five grandchildren, Stephanie Mason of Richmond, Matthew Mason of Richmond, Ryan Mason and wife Kristen of Midlothian, Jonathan and Evan Mason of Keysville. She is also preceded in death by her sister, Isabella Rutledge and brothers, Budley Ward, Lee Ward, and Clarence Ward. A graveside funeral service will be held at Cool Springs Christian Church Cemetery, Keysville, on Monday, December 19, 2011, at 2 p.m. The family will receive friends at the Browning-Duffer Funeral Home in Keysville, on Sunday, December 18, 2011 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Charlotte County Rescue Squad. The Browning-Duffer Funeral home in Keysville, VA, is in charge of arrangements.
